How we brush our teeth
To clean your teeth properly and get white teeth you need to follow this procedure.
Firstly take your toothbrush out of the holder. Then pick up the tube of toothpaste. Flip the cap open and then put a pea sized blob of toothpaste in the bristles. Next rinse the toothbrush under running water you can have it hot or cold how ever you like it. After that gently in circles brush the front and the back of your jaw and your gum. Repeat this several times for to two minutes. If you want you can get the mouthwash out of the cupboard and fill the cap with mouthwash and put it in your mouth. Secondly you swirl it around in your mouth and spit it out in the sink. Now your teeth should be shiny and clean.
